July 17 – Rodas at Lafrowda festival in St Just.

Everyone is welcome for a day of rodas and free music in a festival atmosphere in St Just, Penzance.

The rodas will be in The Plen-an-gwarry, the 600-year-old medieval amphitheatre in St Just (12pm) & on the street 3pm.

This is a great fetsival, with loads of bands in the evening. More info on this festival here. Performers needed.

Summer sostice camping this weekend with Angoleiros do Mar Devon and Jinga Communities.

The summer solstice camping trip is going ahead at the Teign House Inn near exeter on the 18th – 20th June http://teignhouseinn.co.uk/
It will be chilled out camping in a beautiful part of the Devon countryside with some free capoeira and yoga workshops and lots of relaxing.
Camping is 5 or 6 quid per night. Non-capoeiristas welcome too so feel free to bring partners/friends.

May 29 – Capoeira shows & workshops on Events Square, Falmouth, for ‘C3′ charity day – part of Fal River Festival. This is a chance help to promote Jinga Communities to the public at a high-profile event.

Capoeira rodas: 11am, 12:30pm & 1:30pm.

Performers & helper needed (to help man the stand).
