A weekend festival of capoeira workshops, rodas and party.

Date: November 26-28

Full weekend price: £30; under 16s: £22 – this ticket includes everything: 4 workshops, dinner party, rodas & t-shirt!

Workshops:

Sat/Sun: Temperance Hall, Lower Market St, Penryn – with Mestre Fantasma

Friday night: King Charles Hall, New St, Falmouth – with Pao de Milho 

If you can’t make the whole weekend, these are the individual prices:

Saturday price: £12 (under 16s: £10) – includes 2 workshops, roda & dinner party;

Workshop price (if you don’t buy the weekend ticket): £8 (under 16s: £6)

Event T-shirt: £10 (same price for under 16s);

Party: £3 (same price for under 16s)

The SouthWest’s capoeira groups will congregate at Eden Project on October 1st to celebrate Eden’s Big Autumn Bash, part of Arts Cafe.

As the party gets under way in the Link between the Rainforest and Mediterranean Biomes, we will playing capoeira in the ‘laranjeira’ in the Mediterranean Biome.

Ths party will be rocked by the mighty Dreadzone.
